Capacity up to 2,500 Lbs.

One of the strongest double-ball race swivel casters available in the market. All parts are made of very heavy steel plate found usually in hand fabricated casters. All components are cold-forged and swivel caster components are hardened for added strength and rigidity. Exclusive leg construction makes these casters hard to beat when it comes to those very tough applications.
The Series 35 heavy-duty rigid casters are made of the same heavy steel plate as the swivel series. Considered almost indestructible by many, these casters' heavy construction and structural leg shape absorb shock loads and thrust without undue wear.

    FEATURES
  • One-piece swivel caster horn/fork construction. No welds. Assures less failure, longer life.
  • 3/4 inch King Pin is hot-forged. Secures ball races. Holds raceway alignment. Adds strength and durability.
  • 1/2 inch diameter steel balls in main upper hardened raceway for top performance under maximum rated loads.
  • 5/16 inch diameter steel balls in hardened lower raceway.
  • Grey epoxy powder coat finish provides better corrosion resistance.

    OPTIONS
  • Wheel retainer seal on wheels with roller hearings, add suffix WS to model number.
  • Ball race dust seals on all swivel casters. Add Suffix CS.
